SearchUnify, an AI-powered platform, today announced the general availability of its latest release – Colubridae ’19.
With this release, SearchUnify expands its support for ServiceNow with a native search client. Now, organizations can leverage cross-enterprise search within ServiceNow. Additionally, SearchUnify introduces several new features that drive up its desirability quotient.
“We believe support engineers are the unsung heroes,” says Alok Ramsisaria, CEO, SearchUnify. “We aim to empower them to deliver better customer experience. One way we can do so is by giving them the ability to effortlessly find the necessary information and hand it over to customers in need,” he said.
“These customer aficionados come across a range of difficult situations where success not only depends on solving the problem but also how the customers feel throughout the process,” says Andrew Knobloch, Director of Customer Success at SearchUnify. “SearchUnify is proud to be a slick partner to these support rockstars, helping them help your customers.”
“ServiceNow is one of the leading customer service management software. With an out-of-the-box connector for ServiceNow, we’ve extended the AI capabilities to service agents using ServiceNow and enabled them to provide even better customer experiences with faster and more relevant incident resolving content,” added Vishal Sharma, CTO, SearchUnify.
Colubridae ’19 also has a bucketload of new innovations which aid SearchUnify to take massive strides towards appeal, augmenting data security, and practicality. Some notable enhancements brought forward by Colubridae ’19 include:
1. OOTB Search Client for ServiceNow:
Index incidents, knowledge bases, discussions, etc. and search across your connected repositories within ServiceNow’s infrastructure.
2. KCS Enabler:
A dedicated add-on that facilitates KCS adoption. Once installed, it auto-populates several article fields from the case data. Admins can configure the fields.
3. Duplicacy Checker:
Detect identical or similar knowledge across content sources. The admin lays the ground rules for a document to be treated as a duplicate and hence omitted from the search results.
4. Machine Learning:
With Featured snippets, auto facets, and spell checker, SearchUnify now has more powerful machine learning under its hood.
5. Asymmetric Data Encryption:
An added layer of security for in-transit data. You can encrypt this data with a personal encryption key.
